This week’s Friday 5:
- In her TED talk, The Linguistic Genius of Babies, Patricia Kuhl tells us that it’s the interactions that make the difference. We hope you enjoy this great video.
- Spring is in the air and it will be time to get in the garden soon! Check out this great article on gardening with preschoolers from Kids Gardening.
- Peaceful Playgrounds reminds us that play is NOT just for kids. Hear, hear!
- Sensory tubs are a great way to engage preschoolers in creative play and learning. We would love to hear about some of your favorite sensory tub ideas.
- This has to be one of the greatest ideas to “pup up” in ages — Pop Up Playgrounds! Now this is a trend we would love to sweep the nation.
That should keep you busy for a bit.
