Definition: Sampling of articles and blog posts that caught our eye that will be of interest to Head Start, parent and early childhood education communities.

This week’s Friday 5:

  1. Mental Health Net gave us a really interesting article on Play Therapy this week.
  2. Have you ever wondered about your influence on children’s play? Kate Pickle sure has!
  3. A really important article about outdoor play space design came out this week: Outdoor Environments for Children with Autism and Special Needs.
  4. Help children make the connection to nature and the outdoors with these great children’s books.
  5. My favorite find of the week? A great video out of the Netherlands called, Green Cement.

I think that should keep everyone busy for awhile!
