Friday Five –> Pronunciation:Fri•day ’fiv –> Function: Noun

Definition: A sampling of articles and blog posts that caught our eye that will be of interest to Head Start, parent and early childhood education communities.

  3. Kudos to the Let’s Move campaign for launching the new child care and early childhood site.
  4. TV viewing and kids is a major issue in today’s society. Check out this article on just that from Child Trends.
  5. And last but certainly not least, the playful Jenny Kable shares what children learn in the sandpit.

Don’t forget to get outside and play this weekend. It’s good for the mind, body and spirit!
